You are 100% correct. There two basic reasons for passing out *something* at
Linuxworld. To five the attendees something they might use and to give the
attendee something to remember you after the show.

If we produce *something* the attendee can put in a bag it may be something
that comes to mind when a question is asked about education. Basic rule of
Marketing, manipulatives are a memory aid and anyone at a trade show will
forget 99% of the other stuff they experience on the show floor.

Reality is, a cute penguin with something like "Seul.org/edu and
SchoolForge.net is your place for useful softwaere " stamped across it's
belly will be more memorable, but they cost ~41.50 each or more.

We can produce a piece of paper to pass out, but it is hard to get it into
the atendee's hands, whereas they scarf on software like crazy.

There is, for peiople like ourselves, one reason to be at a show like
LinuxWorld...
to get the names out and possibly recruit a few more to our world to help
build software ot get it to the schools.

Just a few quick thoughts.
