[seul-edu] ISO Phase 3: klogic

Klogic may need to be put on hold for a bit.  It requires Qt3 to
compile, but the Debian version of Qt3 is based on the old version of
KDE not the new one.  Until Qt is updated it while not be realistic to
package this app.
