I've got some questions about how EDUML is likely to be implemented in a
typical situation.  Is there a central repository of the EDUML file?  How
does it typically get modified?  Is there any system of access rights
restricting who can edit what?

I picture a teacher at her computer entering marks into the EDUML database
using gnumeric.  Now how does that mark information get transferred to the
main EDUML file?  How does student enrollment information get moved back
into the file that she works on?

I'm starting to think about how k12admin can store data in an EDUML file,
but I think I must be missing some basic concepts.  :)
