Update for k12admin project

$PROJECTSTATUS=
Current release can administer normal password or shadow password files,
smbpasswd files, squid authentication files and apache authentication
files on clients. It creates home directories, and cleans up old home
dirs.  Security auditing and inappropriate web use scanning is also now
implemented.  Documentation is now available in several formats (html, ps,
pdf, sgml) at the web site.  Packages are available in deb, rpm, and
tarball format.

K12ADMIN is a web-based account administration system that allows teachers
in individual schools to create and manage accounts for their own students
and staff.  The system maintains accounts on all of the schools in a district
from one central administration computer.
