Although most of us have know about Red Escolar for some time,
Arturo just announced it on freshmeat.net today.  Take a look at

at the moment.  For all of our Central and South American members:
you may want to contact Arturo and the Red Escolar group and see how
you can help them, and how you can make use of their efforts in your
countries.
