[seul-edu] jpypsitechnic bug solved

Those puzzled users that have downloaded it and tried it, please
download it again. It was _fully_ buggy , the number of clocks
was almost( fully) random. 

Now ( If I haven't done a mistake packaging it or whatever)
it must be right.
