A first draft of the HowTo Create SEUL-EDU HowTos is
available in sgml. I need to test it and learn a few
more tags to finish (the section on conventions,
including images and tables).  

If anybody is familar with DocBook and would like to do
a quick review that would be appreciated.

Once that is done.  I will start writing my own
Tutorials.
