Re: [seul-edu] (content managment system)



This CMS looks very professional. I couldn't find an English description page
at the site, but I did run across some specs (in Dutch). It looks like it is
written in PHP (rather than Perl) and MySQL, which means that it is probably
(IMHO) much easier to understand and alter, especially for non-expert
programmers.
