Hmmm.  You're right, Ray.  http://www.netday.org/volunteer_guide_toc.htm is
table of contents for their "how-to" guide, but I supplied the more general
URL because I didn't see how to navigate back to their home page from the
guide.

Now that I take a closer look, I see that there is a bunch of missing
content.  It was there a couple of years ago.  Really!  It was! :-)  Must be
because they rebuilt their web site with MS IIS. :-(
