Folks: Please, think _beyond_ US  territories  :-).   Most  computer
users don't have Internet access.  Also, projects like SEUL may come
to  be *very important* in developing countries where they have much
less resources  (no  funds  to  buy  software  on  very expensive US
Dollars).

A  wish:  United  Nations  adopting  SEUL  to be distributed by FAO,
UNESCO, etc.  in all developing  countries.  That'll be terrific and
would make the system u-n-i-v-e-r-s-a-l :-)
