It would be possible to use the help browser as the driver for the install.  
Basic set of pages for the install process, with the embedded tcl/tk code 
doing the actual work.  And the help is built in: user clicks on a link for 
help, a new browser show up next to the install window to guide them through 
it.

Good/bad?
