I located the bad sectors and since they are at the end of the media, left
about 20MB of free space not assigned for any partition. That shuld do
it. I JUST NOW got her back in the NOC.
Just be thankful that Microsoft does not manufacture pharmaceuticals.
Debian/GNU Linux ... the maintainable operating system.
