No, seul-project is not currently active. You can get a list of
currently active seul lists (and also read their archives) from
http://www.seul.org/archives/

seul-pub and seul-edu are the ones that are very active these days.
I recommend subscribing to seul-announce if you're not on it. It gets
perhaps one message per month.
