SEUL: Website Tweeks

Hi all,

I changed the logo on the page to match the color scheme. I only had an
hour before going back to work. (15 hours days you know) I also made the
html a little easier to read when editing. Good additions, Roger. I just
formatted things a little differently and added a few of my own touches.

'index.html' and 'index2.html' are now the same, so just edit index.html in
the future.
