Here is my attempt at rewritting Part C

Part C: Your System Info...

How many computers does your household, small office or
business have? (indicator of size of business)
How many of these computers do you personally use?
Do other people use any of these computers at the same time
that you do without your logging out?
Are any of these computers on a computer network? (Opens
option for NCs or terminals)

Are the machines technically sufficient? (Fast enough, enough drive
space, etc)
Do you feel that they are being used to their full potential or
capacity? (would it be nice if you had another so more people can work
at the same time?)

Usefulness of tech support: useless [] [] [] [] very useful   [] not
available
Usefulness of skilled users: (same scale)
