 With version 2.2.1 of HTTPS Everywhere installed the old Google toolbar
 (7.1.20110512W) loses the ability to display search predictions.
 Normally, as each new character is entered into the toolbar search field,
 a dropdown list of appropriate search predictions is displayed.  With this
 version of HTTPS everywhere, nothing.  I have noticed that each character
 entry causes a message in the error console which states "HTTPS
 Everywhere: TypeError: sink.asyncOnChannelRedirect is not a function"

 Disabling HTTPS Everywhere restores the search prediction functionality to
 the Google toolbar.
