 Sounds more like a support issue.

 However, I do not dare to close this, but this ticket needs information or
 the support team needs them.

 Are you using the TorBrowserBundle (TBB)? If yes, which version?

 Do you get some kind of error message? Could you explain "establishing a
 securing connection"? (Start-up "Bootstrapping" of Tor? or visiting
 websites with https?)
