How [in]secure is Tor's consensus agreement / voting stuff?
A lot of the complexity in the DKG protocol seems to come from it solving
the "agreement on a set problem".
The directory authorities also face this problem when they're voting and
agreeing on consensus documents.
You might be able to simplify it quite a bit by piggybacking what Tor
already has, perhaps through use of "extra-info documents".
