 IMO, having a git repo for tor training material doesn't conflict with
 having media.tpo/outreach-material. updating and giving access to
 media.tpo isn't as easy as setting up a git repo with a big range of
 people having push access to.

 once we put stuff up there, maybe one of media.tpo maintainers could git
 pull from that repo every $often.
