 In 3fb2583d18c1528a5f2dcbf5eaeabf3dc75f9e83:
   - In parse_bridge_line(), we check for a key=value pair but don't use
 string_is_key_value()
   - parse_bridge_line() should have a unit test
   - ...and a comment documenting the format
