 That's a torbrowser-launcher issue and not a Tor Browser one, see:
 https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/issues/306

 That tool is barely maintained. We recommend using Tor Browser directly,
 as we ship it. Duping this over to #25012.
