New description:

 During the second community-team meeting, it was decided to create "tor-
 teachers" list.

 This list is going to be public and used by tor teachers and trainers to
 build a community, circulate training materials and get feedback.

 mrphs = nima at torproject org; is going to be maintaining the list.

 Alison = macrina at riseup net; has agreed to help to form the community
 and keep the list on topic, healthy and alive.
