 I cloned the repo from https://git.torproject.org/bridgedb.git

 As you can see from the image of the project in my editor
 http://imgur.com/a/GgEvh, there is no Bridges.py file, hence no
 BridgeSplitter class at line 339.

 When you say it's in the bridgedb.Bridges module, I assume you mean it's a
 Bridges.py file. However, that doesn't exist.

 Although I'm not the most experienced person with python, I have been able
 to download and build most of the other Tor python projects, so I think
 I'm doing everything correctly. Can you comment?
