 Using Vidalia 0.2.9 Mac OS X 10.6.3 I am unable to get the USe Proxy To
 Internet setting to work.

 1. On some occasions the checkbox unmarks itself.

 2. Often only HTTP & HTTPS proxy options are available. I have to close
 the dialog and reopen it a few times for the SOCKS options to be in the
 pop-up menu list.

 Even when I get the SOCKS option is does not seem to consistently persist
 once set.
