 Okay, I went ahead and added the ChildTicketsPlugin since I think you do
 want it, despite not telling me so. ;) For an example of how to use it,
 look at any ticket description and towards the bottom there will be a
 'Child ticket' section, from which you can create new tickets. You can
 also assign child tickets to existing tickets from the 'Change properties'
 area, where it says "Parent ID" (just put #nnn).
