 The Wysiwyg plugin is both installed and enabled but appears to be buggy.
 There is a bug that claims it fails to activate periodically (http://trac-
 hacks.org/ticket/3759) but I've yet to see it work.

 The MasterTickets plugin is very buggy: http://trac-
 hacks.org/report/9?COMPONENT=MasterTicketsPlugin

 Would http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/ChildTicketsPlugin be a suitable
 replacement?
