 I have my own copy of Pilipo inserted in ".\App\" and polipo.conf in
 ".\Data\Polipo\"

 manually:
 cmd /k
 C:
 cd .....\App\
 ...\App>polipo.exe  -c ..\Data\Polipo\polipo.conf
