 https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/ has consistently
 been updated with source tarballs 5 days before the  binaries are
 announced and released to the public.

 We should monitor this url for changes with nagios or some other
 mechanism. Those 5 days would be extremely useful to have for our own
 QA+rebasing efforts.
