 https://www.torproject.org/projects/obfsproxy.html.en#morebridges
 redirects to a broken link,
 https://bridges.torproject.org/?transport=obfs2 instead of
 https://bridges.torproject.org/bridges?transport=obfs2. Furthermore, it
 should redirect to https://bridges.torproject.org/bridges?transport=obfs3
 in order for users to receive bridges for the newer transport.
 Also, https://bridges.torproject.org/ should also advertise IPv6 and obfs3
 bridges on the front page, just like the old bridges.torproject.org did.
