So the link on the obfsproxy page is
https://bridges.torproject.org/?transport=obfs2
I see two immediate options. 1) The Obfsproxy should link to
https://bridges.torproject.org/bridges?transport=obfs2 and bypass the
front page. If they were already on the obfsproxy webpage, then they
hopefully/probably(?) have the PTTBB. Can we safely assume this? 2) Hack
BridgeDB to remember GET requests, but I don't like this idea much.
Depending on what we decide in #9127 will likely create more options for
what we can do on the obfsproxy page.
