 I installed tor-browser-2.3.25-4_en-US.exe
 It worked fine.

 I went to Vidalia's advanced window, and clicked "Configure ControlPort
 automatically".

 Then I exited everything and restarted it.

 Vidalia pops up a complaint window after a few seconds:
 ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ `ÂÂÂÂ Vidalia can't find out how to talk to Tor because it can't
 access this file: /port.confHere's the last error message:No such file or
 directory'`

 (The purposes of doing the above was part of an attempt to get multiple
 TOR enabled firefoxes working simultaneously)

 Sorry, cant locate the versions I'm on in the select...
 Tor: 0.2.3.25
 Vidalia: 0.2.21
 windows 7, 64 bit.

 Related bug that is marked as fixed 15 months ago....
