This could be a problem with Tor, my ISP, or me. I appreciate any
assistance, so we can get these fast exit nodes back online.

NOTE: When I uninstall Tor, my IP addresses correctly appear as being in
the USA, and my speed jumps back up to normal. With Tor installed, I can
shut down Tor, flush dns and get a new IP address--but speeds remain slow,
and the IP still shows as being in London. It seems Tor is having some
odd effect on my IP or ISP.

(My ISP is a small company--I'm one network switch away from fiber optic
 lines, baby :)

I'm not sure what you mean by "what are the servers"... One is my
personal Win7 custom desktop, a super stable Asus motherboard, i5, 16GB
ram. IP is 108.169.225.6 -- Speedtest locates this as being in London,
but whatismyipaddress.com shows it as being in the middle of the ocean--an
anonymous proxy, even though the IP seemingly belongs to my ISP.

The other server node is an OEM XP Intel Core2 with 8GB RAM--it does
nothing other than serve Tor. IP 108.169.227.243, also located in London,
and as a proxy in the ocean.

Each is connected to a separate 30Mbps down / 20 Mbps up / 5 ping
 connection.

Thank you in advance for all your help. I've met a half dozen people who
have been helped by Tor, and it encourages me to keep on serving :)
