Comment (by brade):

 In what situations do users need to choose "Use custom proxy settings"
 within the Torbutton Preferences?  Is it just that they may need to use a
 port other than 9150 to connect to tor?  Or are there other reasons why we
 need to keep those settings in Torbutton?
