CREATE_NEW_PROCESS_GROUP] flag when starting the PT in order to send
console events to it correctly.
This is actually not entirely correct. CREATE_NEW_PROCESS_GROUP has
nothing to do with the parent process being able sending CTRL+BREAK to
child processes.
