 I've got the same problem. tor browser suddenly stopped working about four
 days ago. tried to reinstall but problem remains.
 I'm using Tor v0.2.6.10, OS X Yosemite v10.10.5 (14F27)

 these are the last three lines if i start tor in terminal:

 Sep 07 09:22:20.000 [notice] Tor has successfully opened a circuit. Looks
 like client functionality is working.
 Sep 07 09:22:20.000 [notice] Bootstrapped 100%: Done
 Killed: 9
