If our suspicions about reasons are right, we should do what we can
to maintain those reasons if it doesn't mean going to great lengths.
This entry should be changed. Removing it might send the wrong message,
and give fodder to tinfoil hats. But it could easily be generalized
to talking about the blocking problem, and mention the 
"Tor for Freedom" button rather than the "help China" button.
and of course the subpage link "#China" should be changed to
something like blocking resistance.
