I think you misinterpreted this.

Relays with contact "e @ torworld.org" are not run by "abuse @
torworld.org" and this is reflected in the contact.

They give away email addresses under their domain to 3th parties - not
so unusual.

I never got an error when writing emails to e@xxxxxxxxxxxx
