[tor-relays] Failing because we have 1354 connections already.Please read doc/TUNING for guidance.

Hello,
 
on my small vps running as an exit relay I noticed warnings in notices.log unsure how to handle that.
Jan 10 20:22:15.000 [notice] Tor 0.3.2.8-rc (git-3696eb720795a666) opening log file.
Jan 10 20:22:20.000 [warn] Failing because we have 1354 connections already. Please read doc/TUNING for guidance.
Jan 10 20:22:28.000 [warn] Tried to establish rendezvous on non-OR circuit with purpose Acting as rendevous (pending)
Jan 10 20:23:57.000 [warn] Tried to establish rendezvous on non-OR circuit with purpose Acting as rendevous (pending)
Currentliy running Tor 0.3.2.8-rc on a debian box...
 
What can or should I do or is it just a a log entry to ignore  cause of the low memory?
