If you currently run a Windows exit relay, I'm interested in your
experience with stability and generally how an exit relay behaves
running on Windows.

We believe with the inclusion of libevent 1.4.13 in the Win32 packages,
most of bug 98
(https://bugs.torproject.org/flyspray/index.php?do=details&id=98) is
sufficiently solved.  While we're still working on solving bug 98 the
correct way, promoting Windows as a relay OS should be ok for now.
Initial testing confirms this in a lab, but there's nothing like real
world feedback.
