0.2.1.24 breaks relay on OSX PPC

Hi all,
 I just changed from 0.2.1.22 to 0.2.1.24 .
Client functionality is fine.
These errors are new:
"
Mar 02 00:02:27.396 [notice] OpenSSL OpenSSL 0.9.7l 28 Sep 2006 [9070cf] looks like it's older than 0.9.8l, but some vendors have backported 0.9.8l's renegotiation code to earlier versions.  I'll set SSL3_FLAGS just to be safe.

As you can see my supposed IP is in constant flux -it carries on like that until I shut it down.
Any ideas? I haven't done anything to SSL (and wouldn't really know how).
And where can I find the 0.2.1.23 or 22 binary to go back?

Cheers,
GD
