Level 1 - your IP sent mail (1st May) to their spamtraps and now you are 
listed. Works as intended, as other people do not want to receive mail 
from such systems. Now investigate how that happened and fix it.

Your IP will be removed for free after 1 week if no spam reaches their 
spamtrap.
