I think he's referring to how his Privoxy is set to use Tor, as opposed
to how his apps are set to use Privoxy. =:oD
('Cause I doubt he'd be so specific about the SOCKS version, if he were
trying to use Privoxy as a SOCKS proxy. =;o) )
