On mine, this reads:

dependency_libs=' /usr/lib/libX11.la /usr/lib/libXau.la /usr/lib/libXdmcp.la -ldl'

(I guess it might depend on how your library is configured)

Otherwise, all non-comment lines of the file are identical.
