Are you sensing current with transformers/Rogowski-coils for each 
breaker wire to pass through?  That would keep it a pretty low fire 
hazard...  If your sensor silicon is directly touching line voltages on 
your board, it's more of a risk in case a big spike comes in and fires 
everything, then it catches on fire, etc...
