As far as I know, grove lists remailers for up to 12 days after
their descriptors vanish from the directory (note the question
marks in the uptime history).

"mixminion list-servers -F published" shows that all nodes in
the directory have published current descriptors, so I'd ask the
operators of the nodes in question to please check reachability
from the outside.
The directory seems to perform some kind of reliability check
anyway, so I'd not worry about "pollution" of the directory.
