What browser configuration? what exit relay at the time you are trying
to submit?
I am using TOR Browser Bundle for Mac, but it also does this for xp. I did not note the exit relay, but it is quite a common occurance which happens the majority of the time.
It happens with various sites which use ssl, including wordpress.
