Re: [school-discuss] GNU/Linux issue, please bury

Sorry, but this generalty is just naive.

The point is that somebody wanted to discuss the term Linux in the
schoolforge mailinglist. And, that he can do as a free man but: it is
still the wrong place! Discussing the jealousy of the FSF is not wished
anyway, and shurely not in the schoolforge list. Even if the source was
an article that is interesting for schoolforge mailinglist members--the
discussion of GNU/Linux still isn't. If the schoolforge mailinglist
members want to discuss this, they move to other places. That is all I
wanted to say with "schoolforge is not the right place". And, your
freedom of speech doesn't change that. You only overgo the sense of this
mailing list. As a rational man you should know where the right places
for your subjects are located.

You can still discuss that here--but the mailinglist was created for
different content.

And, you said you agree to my arguments but you do not do that
consequently ;):

I don't agree because if you combine words they loose buzzword-quality
and change to being just parts of a listing. Then, your listing is very
incomplete. Say free source, it still fits best.

Now, let us come back to other issues.
