Bruce,

Could a copy of the recently uploaded boot disks be moved into
project/experimental or someplace else where I could have access to them?

BTW, I tried on two different systems to build the 1.3.1 boot disks on a
systems that are current with 1.3.1 and I got the same failure on both.

I am now attempting a build of the 1.3.1 disks on a hamm system.  It will
take a while without a local archive and a slow link to grab the updates.
