[bos-dev] [bug #37837] Change "Mana" to "Energy"

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #37837 (project stratagus-bos):

Alternative names:
Ability (sounds confusing)
Ability energy (clashes with "energy")
Action points (sounds like turn based role-playing but might be OK)
Action energy (clashes with "energy")
Power
Charge
Supply (using this would confuse all the starcraft players)
Cooldown (doesn't make too much sense).

Considering the alternatives, I prefer "power" and "charge".
