Here's the Polish patch for the same file, and as well for the bug you introduced while applying (you've left one stray '+' sign ;) Oh, and for some strange reason whe I load Polish or Serbian translation, and go into options menu I get a dot after the Language option. This happens only in those two languages, and I don't see any reason for this in the .tmpl files. Maybe it's just my system again, can someone confirm?
